Zanies cat toys

maybe i need to rephrase ) .... has anyone heard of them or used them and have an opinion about them? do cats like them? im looking for opinions )

Sorry, I guess I should say, yes, I've seen them, don't like them, won't carry them. I think they have too fine bits of plastic that might be easily chewed off.

Zanies toys in general, while less expensive than most, are not very good quality toys. They are not made with cat safety in mind - small parts or materials that can flake off and be digested by your cat. Someone gave me a gross of their cat wands one time. The feathers were pulled off after the first few bats and I had to grab the parts and dispose of them before they were eaten.

Just be careful of what you buy. The only toy of theirs that I use are their round catnip balls. Nothing can fall off of them.

my cat came with a huge container of kitty explosion balls. they look safe to me. should i just toll them out?

I would handle one a bit, see if normal batting around etc. leaves it intact, and if you decide to use them, make them a supervised toy. Put them away, bring one out for maybe a toss and bat session with your cat, and then put it back away when you are done.
