Do you "talk" to your kitties?

Do you have certain little names/and/or saying that you say to your kits?

Like, when I'm holding Tiggy in my arms, I say to him,

Tiggy Wiggy Piggy Poo,
Tiggy Wiggy I love you!




Trixie is:

Trixie Pixie Puddin and Pie
Trixie Pixie, the apple of my eye


Petals is:
Petally Poopty Doopty doo
Petally Poo, I love you!

Bailey is:

Beetle Bailey, I could squeeze you daily!

You have normal words!!
I don't!

I say ohh my little pudjapadja! yew so luffly my darling!
weekaweekapoo!
I really should record this!

I call Antigone Tigalicious I also ask her how she got so beautiful
Pandora is Pretty Pandy-Pan
Zeus is Zeusel Streusel, or I say Zeusy, I'm home!! (like I love Lucy )
for Ismene, if anyone knows Missy Elliot's song Gossip Folks, I sing to her "Izzy Izzy Iz Izzy Izzy E!"
Demeter is MEMES!!!!!!!! I shriek it, I'm not sure she really likes it
Sapphire is Sapphages or Sapphy Waffy, and sometimes I even combine the 2 into Sapphages Waffages
I don't see Medusa that much but when I go i my room to clean the litter box and freshen up her food and water I always say "How are you Meduuuuuusa?"

Oh gosh I talk crazy to my cats with all sorts of nicknames..but to Bella I sing that song I love you a bushel and a peck etc...Kiss on the cheek and a hug around the neck!!!

LOL, you guys are too funny - mine isn't all that weord, I guess, although Ginger probably wonders when I'm going to come up with something new!

I say, "Hello, my baby kitty! How's my beautiful baby kitty today? Are you my beautiful little baby kitty? Have you been a good girl? Yes, you're my good girl, my beautiful baby kitty!"

Of course, she's almost 14 months old, almost the 1 year adoption anniversary, so she really isn't a baby anymore.

I can see it now - after getting a new baby boy kitty for her to play with (keeping my fingers crossed that I find that orange boy soon,) my new script ought to read something like: "Hello, my baby kitties! How are my beautiful baby kitties today? Are you my beautiful little baby kitties? Have you been a good girl? And how about you, have you been a good boy? Yes, you're my good litties, my beautiful baby kitties both!"

I always talk to mine and have little nicknames and sayings for each.

Boomer and I have a little 'bathroom break' chat where he has to say please and thank you to get his drip drips turned on which greatly amuses anyone who can hear
Scully you say smoochie moochie to him and he will come over and give you a kiss.
Bumper you say noodles to and he rolls on the floor ready for playtime.
Magnum may raise an eyelid at me

Nicknames I call them, they have too many to list, but the main ones are
Bumper - Bumpalicious
Boomer - Kleesey
Magnum - Magnesium (and in a loud squeaky voice mmmmmmmmmmags - and he comes running)
Scully - big boy, beast and smooches

Awwww how sweet...my poppy used to sing how much is that doggy in the window to me while playing his mandolin!!!

I always tell Katie she's my "baby girl" and sing "My Girl" by the Temptations to her. When I'm making a fuss over Peter I tell him he's my "sweet hunk of cat boy love." Gracie's my "Pudgey, wudgey princess kitty" and Claire is "Clairey, beary boo."

My nana on my other side used to sing that one to me - I used to do the bark, "woof, woof!" when it came to that part of the song, LOL!!! Ahhh, memories...

Stuff along the lines of "You're my baby girl, yes you are! You're so pretty! Such a good girl!" all the time... Sometimes I tell her about my day and such, or ask her questions. I know she probably can't understand me, but she meows at appropriate places like "Uh-huh?".

Buddha- Buddha Boy, Buddy, Sexy Man, and Buhbuh, and Jacob (after my friend)

and of corse i talk to them like they can hear me.

Yes I talk to Phenny all the time. I have conversations with her. MOstly I ask her if she is my good gril and if she had a good day or if she loves her daddy. But When I am mad at Lee I tell her her daddy is a Meanie Pants!!

Yup, a couple even talk back to me

I usually just sing silliness into their names.

Spaz a waz, Spaz a wazzers!

Trouble bubble, buddy boo

Vash brrt! (because he sings Brrt! to me)

Cassi mew, miss mew mew

Ivory ends up being my little Buggly wuggers, Bugger boodly boo

Shadow spends more time with J and is a macho cat.

I usually just say "are you mommy's little lovebug?" and "mommy loves you!" While we're having our mommy/Lucky cuddle/kisses/facerubbing session. And of course this is only ok with her when I walk in the door from being at work all day... other than that it's usually "no more kisses Meowmy!!!"

Oh the nicky names I have for my poopie.
Most of the time I call her, "Layla my Bayla" in a sing song voice.
Other times "Poopie poo poo face" or the casual "boo-boo"
My mom always rolls her eyes when she hears me call her thoes names.

Chessy and I will take turns meowing at each other.

It sounds something like this:

"meow"
"meow"
"meow"
"meow"

and so on...

Good to hear I'm not alone!

Twitch is my "teachy bon bon...shake your bon bon". Lily is my "silly willy lily love". For Damita I scream "MITA". I call Chico my "cheeky little chicken legs"(he has spindly little legs like a chicken). Ophelia is "the countess spookula". Of course, they all get smoochies. Well, except Ophelia because she'll bite my lips.
