How in the world....

Does everything in the house end up on MY desk?
I just realized I have like a 7 inch space on my desk for my mouse and THATS it! Anyone else have this problem?
there is, lotion, scissors, remotes, tools, stamps, medicine, lighter fluid, checks, candles, bag of chips, deoderant.... I could go on and on!

Yep I just cleared off space to use my mouse this afternoon and I have a big desk!

I agree... right now on my computer desk I have....

1 digital camera.... 2 cups, 1 plate, 1 fork, a cell phone, TV remote, 1 blank cd, 2 markers, a button ( ) and a plyers.... I have no idea why thats sitting here

The same thing always happens with my kitchen counter. It is ALWAYS a mess. When I clean it, it just becomes an invitation to put anything on it that I don't want to put away... so I end up with a mess again.

That's it. If I ever live with a man again, I'll need to find one that doesn't mind keeping the kitchen clean (and not complain about it).

Which means I might remain single for a looooooooooong time

Well let's see... I use a steelcase table which holds my printer, business files, speakers and subwoofer thingy(which has a spinning holder for pens, etc... and the hard drive. Also my assing machine, keyboard mouse and gel wrist and hand pads, a star trek ornament, some cds I have to butn a clock, sticky notepads, batteries, colored pencils, a stack of business cars and notes, and another stack of "stuff". I would be happy to have 7 inches of space!!

Yeap... my dining table collects things too.. Also, as you walk in there are 2 steps that go into the dining room that used to be the original from porch before they made additions to the house and there is a brick stoop... THAT collects everything because its the first flat surface when you walk in the house...Right now there is my purse, soda cans, newspaper, mail, keys can of pringles, sunblock,mosquito spray, a towel... and a pair of shirts

well, at home on\\ my desk when i left for work, i have 5 cups. 5spoons to go with the cups for oatmeal, 6 emptry pop bottles, stack of mail, printer, that is buried unders CD. dvds, 2 packs of smokes(which have been there unopen for 6 months, yes i stopped smoking),, hmm ps2, xbox360, a fan, 3 computer books 1 fun book. and 2 cats. cat grass, and a bamboo thing.. lol i need a cleaning crew just for the computer room,

oh yea, the rest of the house looks like no one lives there....

My computer desk is a junk magnet: mp3 player, lazer pen, packs of gum, TONNES of paper, headphones, Alateen book of my aunt's, cell phone, stack of cd's that is almost as tall as my monitor, speakers, lamp, lava lamp, bowling trophy, camera, scissors, Beatles figurines, a clock.. and much more. I never knew I had this much stuff!

It's gnomes. Mwa-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!

Just a tip - I have tried to start a 'don't put it down, put it away' policy - more for myself than for BF - it does help, but if you're like me and you have more stuff than space, just accept that at least one room will have to be the storage space room (ie hold everything that doesn't go anywhere else)

My kitchen counter is the same way. Its the catch all. I put EVERYTHING on there!!

My desk has my diary, headphones, a huge thing of sticky tape, paper paper paper, foot massage cream, empty bottles od drinks, phones, 5 remote controls, digital camera, money box, jewelery, nailpolish, vitamin tablets!

I thought it was just be being a slob. Phew!!

2 bottles of water (I'm really a camel posing as a woman!)
an apple
a steak knife
light salt
1/2 block of mozarella cheese
my giant mug that says "shoe godess"
a paper back book
3 picture frames
a nail filer
vitamins
cafiza coffee pot cleaner
my sunglasses
my cell phone
rechargable battery charger
misc bills that I have to take care of
and my purse... and that's it!

Make up, make up remover, a bottle of propel water, a kitkat, 2 oranges, my camera, a gold ball, some batteries, a beanie baby like Bumper, canned air, vitamins, a gift card for the book store, perfume, cat toys... OK I am messy I don't need to carry on
