I like my eggs very over-easy.... over hashbrowns and sausage crumbles and topped with shredded cheese. It looks like a plate of cat puke, but boy is it yummy

I think Im going to have eggs for lunch now, after reading thru this thread!
I like mine over easy so that slimy white stuff is firm....
Gotta have toast with it! Jerry calls them my dippy eggs!

Scrabley Scrabled! Sometimes w/chopped onions and bell peppers.
egg salad, hard boiled, deviled, over medium, scrambled, sunnyside up, omlettes. all with pepper! and maybe salt. and cheese. mmmmm cheeeeeese.

I'm very picky. I only like scrambled eggs, and only when they're done enough so that they're not slimy. I have the palette of 5 y/o.
