inexpensive spay

I had read people offering to help others find an inexpensive place to fix their cats. I have a kitten who is 4-5 months and I will be needing to get her fixed soon, but I am also in the process of moving to Lubbock with her (only 6 hours from where we are now) and I was wondering if someone could help me find a place in Lubbock Texas that would fix her and microchip her inexpensively

I don't know how much luck you'll have finding low-cost microchipping. Hopefully someone else can help you with that.

First, try this:
There is a place called "Alliance for Sterilizing any pet" in Lubbock that appears to work with PetsMart. It is also called ASAP. They have a shelter on 33rd st, and their phone number is (806)791-0759. This shelter may or may not be a part of the west TX humane society--it's hard to tell online.

thank you so much. I am driving up to Lubbock to start moving in my furniture tomorrow so I will def drop by there and talk to them. I understand microchiping will be exprensive but is important and even if I can't afford it now, when I am able to I will do it. The priority is getting her fixed asp if I am going to get her a friend

most humane societies offer low-cost spay/neuter to low income individuals.
