Can I have some vibes for my little "nephew"

Well, my doggy nephew anyway............his name is Casper and he's been throwing up yellow foam stuff since Monday. He's also lost 3 pounds in the last couple weeks........my sis got him into the vet today, but they didn't see anything wrong........she said they gave him a shot and told her to call if the vomiting continues......he's such a special little man...........I'm sure it's nothing, but you never know.........
