Tonight it will be Southwestern Macaroni & Cheese and cornbread.

It's going to have to be chicken breasts with BBQ sauce, rice and veggies (that's all that's left!)

All I'm making is a phone call...to the nearest takeout place!

But there's plenty of wine on hand.

We could have leftover Pizza from lunch today, or there are a couple of steaks in the freezer I could thaw, your choice!

Let's see, grilled sirloin with spinach salad and corn and yogurt for dessert

Chicken cordon blue, fettuchini alfredo,stir fried brocolli, and homemade rolls. Mike will be late, so dinner will be at 7o EST

We're having leftover macaroni and cheese (home made at least) and probably fish sticks or something like that.

I bet he'd cook you spaghetti with garlic bread, or, chicken nuggets with french fries. Either that or enchildas with ground turkey instead of beef, and I don't know what he'd make for a side with that one. He's a good cook though, unlike me who can burn anything

Did I mention the chest freezer in the basement??? We could have burgers/brats/steaks?pork chops on the grill. I have rice, I could make a dessert with cherries, strawberries, raspberries-how about a nice smoothie??? I've got most any veg in the freezer and lots of bread too. I could serve many many people with whats always hoarded in the freezers!! You want wine, mixed drink, soda, beer, lemonade???? How about chocolate candy??? Lots of stuff!!!
