My cat is about 3 years old and she has always been skinny, about 2 months ago we moved to a new house and she made it clear she didn't want to be inside and started losing a lot of weight. I moved her outside last week and she hasn't started gaining any of the weight back. Moreover, today I noticed that her nose is no longer pink, but kind of a pale yellow, as well as the insides of her ears. It's been fairly warm outside lately but she doesn't seem dehydrated since she isn't panting or groggy. Is this a sign of something super-serious, or is it possibly just the stress of so many new environments so rapidly?

Please take her to the vet immediately, like an ER vet ring now if you can, else your regular vet first thing in the morning.

And please let us know how it goes.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think this could be the start of liver failure and that is very serious.

Jaundice is a sign of liver disfunction. Could possibly be caused by hepatic lipidosis from her not eating, which is a very serious possibly fatal illness. Take her to the vet -immediately-.

Yes, I was thinking the same thing... especially with the yellow inside the ears... That's exactly what tangerine looked like when he stopped eating.

Do you have any updates?

PLEASE take her to the vet.  Our cat had the exact same symptoms (except she is a house cat).  Last week she became sick, lethargic, pale....we thought she just had a tummy bug from throwing up over the weekend.

We just got the diagnosis this morning.  She has a tumor on her pancreas and it has caused her to become jaundiced.  Also, she has chronic unresponsive anemia...her body isn't producing the red blood cells to help her.

We have her home for the weekend but there is not much we can do from here.

So Please......get her tested!  Most of it showed on her blood and urine samples but an ultrasound showed the mass.  I'm sorry if I'm scaring you but our cat was in pain and we didn't even know!
