Show cats are considered adults at eight months, and most laypeople follow the one year rule. Anywhere in that range is fine by me

Many folks feed kitten food for the first year- you are building their body after all.

Nothing personal here, but the search function on this site works really well

thank you. sorry if this question has been asked in the past but i dont think my asking it has caused any harm or hardship to the forum or its members, maybe i am search-impaired, i dont seem to have much luck with it. i will probably ask other questions that have been asked before. if this is going to be a problem let me know and i will find another forum. thanks )

One year to go to adult food ... Kittens need extra play food and training

Most kittens are cats fully by 18 months

some breeds and mixes arent truely adults till age 3-5

I didn't mean that it would be a problem

I meant that rather than having to wait for someone to come by and answer something it can be far more efficient to run a search and read tons of threads on the topic you are interested in
