Alix P. Curl

Alix is in surgery today, please keep her in your thoughts that this growth not be cancerous and that my "feisty" girl as they described her recently, behaves!

Frankie had a doppler blood pressure checked this morning, good news - it was 130. Unable to get urine by cystocentesis though, she just didn't have much urine in her bladder...so we'll try again another day, so we can check how she's concentrating her urine (she's early crf as I posted recently).

And...(does it ever stop...nope) Misty has another mass under the same breast that was checked out and thought to be cancer, in December. We dodged a huge bullet at that time, it really was a miracle. I need that to happen again...she has an apt, and I have my fingers crossed it's a fluid filled cyst that can be drained, no surgery needed.

ps Misty is the gorgeous seal lynx point in my banner above this forum..my almost exact double of her father, Chris (RB).

Everything crossed for Alix! and for Frankie... and for Misty.

Thank you...sitting here waiting for the phone to ring...I just want to be able to get Alix back home.

Pat, I am so sorry you have been going through so much lately. I am keeping you and all of your crew in my thoughts and prayers.

Thank you everyone, and yes, Jennifer, we both deserve some calm returning to our lives.

Alix is home, they felt it was a benign growth, and didn't even need to suture the area where they removed it. My girl looks like herself again (time for updated photos!)

Now....hopefully Misty's checkover of her swollen again nipple will be as lucky as last time, and no surgery will be needed.

Tyler's dental I reset for a week later for family reasons, so I don't have to 'worry' about that for a couple of weeks.

ah...iced tea, air conditioner, and maybe I can take a deep breath...
