Behold my feeble attempt...

I made myself a signature. I downloaded the 30-day trial of Photoshop... I do not think it is very good. I could not figure out how you guys do all the cool stuff you do. Not even how to shrink the image so it fits in the sig space.

Anyway. Here it is:



What do y'all think? This is why I asked people with talent and skills to make me one...

Oh plus I believe it is too big. It is 150 by 550? What should it be?

I LOVE IT! It looks like a painting.

I actually think it looks kind of cool! If you do decide to use it, the file size is too big, and it will gave to be resized, but I like it!

I will like to do one. How do you do it? do you type in Photoshop? Do you sign in?

I had this whole huge idea in my head until I started fooling around and I was like "OMG! This is hard!" Doing something as simple as this took me an hour! I was very grateful for the signatures before, but now I have a whole newfound awe for the people who do them. I do believe my idea would take the whole month to do!

Abbysmom-- How do I resize it again? Are the dimensions okay, just the file size needs shrunken? Do I do that with the file quality tool? I have seriously never used Photoshop in my life.

KittyLova-- You have to download a massive file that is a 30-day trial version. The full version is a few hundred dollars. You do not need to sign in for the trial, but you can only use it a month or you have to buy it. Search for Adobe Photoshop in google.

My siggys gone on holiday its been there a week .I still haven't managed to work out how to do get them together

I downloaded Corel Paint Shop Pro 30 day trial version and could not even begin to get started, it was too complicated for me. But the one you created looks fantastic. I know its been said, but the first thing I thought when I saw it was how it looks like a painting. Great Job !

I think it looks great, really good for a first attempt

They do take a long time but they get easier as you get more experienced, and by the looks of it you won't be long catching up with the more experienced siggy makers

Just go to file and save for web in photoshop and it will allow you to change the file size by moving the 'quality' slider up and down until the file size under the pic is the size you want it. If it looses its clarity doing it, turn the blur up until it looks the way you want it to. Then you can have your very own sig for your siggy

I want to do it to!! I know you have to type in photoshop.but what do you click?

You can go to photoshop.com and click on the right where it says "try now" ....... either mac or win .... depending on which pc u have. And download it ......
