Good news!!!! Luckly I have the shelter's owner phone number. I called him.
guss what..................I adopted............Phantom!!!!!!!
He is mine now!!!!!!!!

Phantom is absolutely handsome!!!! What a lovely boy...I could just bury my face in his plush looking fur...you will have so many wonderful years together! Congrats!
