Work - RAVE (not rant!)

I have the best job and THE best boss! I was thinking about all of the work related rants and I thought I should share some good work news!

I have a kitten that I've been hand raising since last Tuesday. I'm thinking he's probably about 3 weeks old. Anyway, last week I juggled between my daughter's schedule and running home at lunch to keep him fed.

Today I got to work and asked if I could take two small lunches (at 10 and 2) to go home and feed him and my boss said "just bring him here" so that's where he is, sleeping soundly in his crate under my desk by my feet.

He is from a feral community that my neighbor has. His momma was ran over a week from last Sunday. We didn't find him until Tuesday morning. He's doing great and is the sweetest little guy (actually I don't know yet if he's a 'guy' or 'girl'). He looks just like Nate - a little orange baby

Wow, that's fantastic!! I mean, it's sad the way you got him, but great your boss is supportive!

I bet everyone keeps coming to visit the little monkey as well

Oh thats wonderful! He/she is lucky to have you and you are lucky to have such a supportive boss.

That's really wonderful. There needs to be more bosses like yours!

I have a great boss! She lets Ted & I stay everyother weekend at the motel,free of charge.Anytime I need a day off,she gives it to me.

I agree more bosses like yours are needed!!

I'd love to go to work everyday if I had a little kitten sleeping by me!
