Feral Cat Summit

Is anyone going? It is in Pittsburgh this weekend and it is free. I have never gone and would like to start going. I have signed up (and paid) to do a craft show this weekend on the same day and basically the same time. I thought about skipping the craft show and attending the Feral Cat Summit but I am wondering if they have them often. OR any other places have cat care conferences or workshops or summits like this one.

Anyone ever go to this one? OR is anyone going to it this coming weekend? Does anyone know of any more in Ohio or surrounding areas?

I think they may hold one every year...but it may be in a different state. If I didn't already have commitments...I'd go. It's a great place to link up with others who share a belief in TNR.

Hey of course you would probably be one to know! Do you know of any others or any sort of cat care meetings that go on around the US?

I am looking in to this one http://www.animalcareconference.org/venue.html for next year out in CA. I want to find one more about starting up a rescue. I also found out about Humane Society University http://www.humanesocietyu.org/

This one in particular, I just called and they said it is the first one they have ever had. They may do more if the attendance is good. But they probably won't get te came speaker, Vicki something...

Well I am sure there are more going on around somewhere.
