New member w/4 kitties!

I discovered this site last week and as a certified cat-a-holic (I'm in the Cat-a-holics Anonymous 12 step program) I'm hooked.

I've been an owner of (or should I say, I've been owned by) cats since 1991. Our current clan of furballs is:

1. Chica - a 2 1/2 year old female shorthair, all black with yellow-green eyes

2. Squeaky - a 1 year old black & white (tuxedo) female shorthair with white "socks"

3. Smokey - a 3 year old male Russian Blue - very friendly kitty!

4. Athena - Smokey's sister from the same litter, 3 year old female multicolor mix (sort of a multicolored tabby/tortie mix, can't really describe it)

Prior to 2005 we had 3 kitties which we lost in a house fire. They were: Misha (female brown tiger, 16 years), Jambo (male black longhair, 15 years), and Patches (female tortie, 8 years).

All our kitties are/were spayed/neutered, none are declawed, and all are spoiled rotten like kitties are supposed to be! My wife loves them and spoils them even more than I do.
