My friend just called me and she is at work. Her daughter called her and said their cat has been throwing up this morning and only wants to lay down. He wont move. He has been having loose stool since yesturday but she thought it might have been from her changing his food all at once instead of slowly.(she is a 1st time cat owner and I try to help her with everything but sometimes she does things thinking it is ok)
Anyways, she is at work and is very worried. She called and made an appointment for him to be seen at 3:00 when she gets off but I thought maybe I could come here for some advice. He does go outside. Which I have told her she should stop. But with him going outside it could be anything wrong with him.

Also is he drinking because that's most important.
Thank you for moving it.

I told her I could bring him in but my husband took our truck to work and she is going to try and bring me her car so I can take him. But she isnt sure her work will allow her to. She just tried to call her daughter to ask if he is drinking. But the phone is busy.

See if a local petsitter offers a pet taxi service. This cat needs a vet fairly quickly.
