Oh goodness me, we have a boy

So, long story short we have a new addition. I've been so busy with work and other thing's I haven't been able to give him the proper introduction, and well... lol, I still can't! He has no name!
Noone can decide a name. Mom wants something oriental, and I can't come up with anything that I like. I wanted to call him Zeke, but she turned her nose up at me. So, suggestions are more than welcome. He's been with us... a week today, and he'll be 9 weeks old on Saturday. He is from an "oops" litter of a full siamese and an all black cat(both are taken care of, don't hurt me! lol). All the babies, there were 4, have homes, and this little guy is with us. We said we had enough, but who can resist this little guy

I love siamese cats......

Good to see they are all getting along and you're not having any major issues.

it's so important taht kittens have contact with other cats - keeps them properly socialised.

You know, considering in the beginning of the crew we have now, Suki was the first. Now, she hates all of them, even us sometimes, except my mom. She's the alpha female of the group, totally and completely. If any of the kid's step out of line, they get a swift hiss and swat to the face. Layla was brought in, and then JR. I think we were lucky because JR and Layla are about the same age. They are "best buds" you could say, but getting them to admit to it would be a completely different story.

We've been very fortunate though. We've never done the "proper" way of introducing cat's. We kinda just put them on the floor with everyone else, and make sure nothing bad happens. Other than some initial hissing and swatting, no harm has been done. Even now, JR and the new little man play with each other, but we keep an eye out because JR is quite a large clumsy kitty, and doesn't know his own strength sometimes.

Make that a grand total of 6 now, lol. Tabby, Suki, Layla, JR, Boots, and little man(still no name yet). The rate thing's are going, he's going to be called baby, wild child, and everything in between. Gotta love those "terms of endearment".

Well, about 11pm last night, Mom came to a conclusion on a name we both like, Jack. She's on her Johnny Dep kick again with PotC being released. I guess it's fitting, new movie, new kitty ^.^.

So, officially introducing Jack, the rambuctious Siamese mix to all you lovely ladies (and men) here at TCS. I'll have more pictures as soon as my camera returns from vacation.
