I was planning on downloading some pictures that were taken yesterday onto my computer, but when I went to plug in my USB cord into my camera, I noticed that the cord had been chewed in half!

Reilly has from time to time chewed on my wooden chair but this is entirely new behaviour for him!

and it worries me, what if the computer was turned on!

I'm going to go around and unplug all uneccessary stuff around the house.

If anyone has any other ideas about how I can stop him from doing this it would be greatly appreciated!

I actually never though of this until I came to these forums but someone in a different thread suggested wrapping your cords in tin foil (well unless your cat has a tin foil fetish). Other then that I would suggest bitter apple, felaway, or some alternative deteriant for your cat.

I have the same problem with my kitty! I'm wrapping double sided tape around anything she shows interest in.
