Hi everyone!

I just wanted to share the good news...we have a new litter of 8 (yes, 8!!!) Traditional Siamese kittens. They were born on July 20th, and so far, mom and babies are doing great. In this litter, we are expecting chocolate and lilac points. I will try to get some pictures taken of the bunch on a nice, sunny day.

Momma is doing great...she is so attentive to her little ones. She has never had more than 7 in a litter before, but I think she will be fine with 8. All the babies have fat, pink tummies!

I just love those fat little pink tummies!!! My little guys are almost 7 weeks old now, can you believe how fast the time goes??? We won't be having another litter until next year at this point, so I can live vicariously through yours. *wink*

Congratulation!! I love Siamese and I can't wait to see pictures of the new additions.

By the way I took a look at your website and the picture of a bunch of siamese kittens on the cat tree was just priceless.

Any photos yet? What does the BHC stand for at the beginning of Lady Valerie's name?

Sorry, I have been so busy that I haven't gotten any good pics yet. Plus the weather has been pretty dreary lately.

BHC is the name of the cattery that bred Valerie. It stands for Blossom Hill Cattery.

I promise I will try to get pics of the babies soon! They are starting to open their eyes!!!

We hate to try to make a guess this early as to the colors. If things go as they have with all of Valerie and Monty's past litters, we expect to have more chocolate points than lilac points. The two colors, as different as they look in adult Siamese, look soooo similar up until the kittens reach about 7-8 weeks. So, we should have a better idea in 4-5 weeks. But who knows...maybe we will be able to tell earlier this time around!

With the lilac and the chocolate you do have the more dilute colors and I can understand the problem

Think of how much fun you'd have if you threw in the creampoint! lol
