catzilla and the kitten

Johnny a.k.a catzilla....is almost 7kg.... and huge. not fat. just tall, dark, handsome and heavy.
he's the top cat around here and who would have guessed that reason he was so desperate to get into the nursery when we found Deezelle was that he wanted to play with her, groom her and show her the ropes....

He's a real gentle soul and a nurse cat inspite of his tough start on the streets!

This is a pretty typical afternoon in my bedroom.....

I love it! Oh, what a sweet baby to look after the tiny kitten, and lucky her to have such a nice big brother.

i know.... he's such an angel....
and he has this gorgeous deep rumbly purr

he's actually a foster cat so eventually he'll have to move onto a new home
but he'll be going with his sister teenee weenee who isn't in the picture but she's a dwarf compared to him!!

Fostering is just so tough, I know.

Awwwww isn't he sweet being a big older step brother

He's a real sweetie pie. I have my own 3 big ones and the little one and then there's the family of 4 fosters. Lately 2 of them have been in the sick bay with URI and every now and then he wanders around meowing for them.

He is sort of the head of the unit.

it's going to be hard to separate them, but at the very least i will send them off in pairs.
