The two kittens I brought in are so adorable. I will get pics of them soon. But, the girl who gave them too me didn't know much about kittens. Bless their tiny hearts they were covered in fleas, i gave them baths and picked off I don't know how many. Not to mention their eyes were so matted. She said the runts hadn't opened yet. Bull! I washed his eyes and he can see as good as any other.Now if I can get them to stop crying......

Poor you - but try to remember that she probably acted out of ignorance rather than malice - and if ignorance is deep enough you don't even suspect you're in it's grip.
Maybe try to nudge her into some knowledge - if she loves cats, it might still take time, but she'll get there.
