I'm curious to know...

I live in Bella Vista, AR. It was originally established in the 1970's as a retirement community, but now because of our proximity to the Wal-Mart Home Office and its massive growth, younger families have started moving in. The first school in the village will open in 2007.

We have been hearing rumors that there are TV commericals being shown all over the country trying to sell lots here in Bella Vista. Apparently, Eric Estrada from CHiPs is the spokesperson.

Has anyone seen one of these commercials? I am curious to know what they are saying about my little town. We do have some great amenities: 7 golf courses, 7 lakes, 3 swimming pools, country club, clubhouses, a yacht club, etc. It would be interesting to see what they are saying about it in commericals.

Wow! That really looks like a nice place to live! It is beautiful here in the spring and fall, but they must have picked the perfect day to film their shots. I'm shocked how nice it looks in the commercial. Wow, again.

There are some un-truths in that commerical though. Wal-Mart is in nearby Bentonville, but JB Hunt is in Lowell (20 minutes away) and Tyson is in Springdale (25 minutes away).

I saw the one with Eric Estrada on TV once awhile back and it cracked me up. He's just so cheezy!!

I've seen the Erik Estrada commercial. He also does commercials for some locations in Washington State, as well as somewhere here in California.
