help! My female kitten's got vaginitis?

I bought a PB persian female kitten 4 weeks ago. she was born in Feburary this year.

she was in heat about 2 weeks ago, it lasts about 4 days.

I couldn't believe a persian kitten could come into heat so early.

but here's the problem:

She had white discharge 1 week ago, and now it turns to blood-tinged discharge from the vulva.

is it just vaginitis or Pyometra ?
as I known pyometra only happens in adult female, right?

Get her to the vet now. This is not something to mess around with. Please call the vet and make an appointment and let a professional do a hands on diagnosis
