Neutered cat peeing???

Hi all I have a question about my male cat snowball. He will be 6 in August, he has been neutered since he was a kitten but recently I just started smelling cat pee in my livingroom Besides having a terrible time getting rid of the smell I dont understand his new behavior!? It smells like hes spraying but Im finding it on my carpet not on my furniture or walls. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Help will come from your vet. Get him to the vet quickly and tested for a UTI

Did you take him to the vet? to see is if something is wrong with his pee?
