Are there any other die-hard college football fans around? I support my alma mater, The University of Arkansas, 100%.

We are the Arkansas Razorbacks! Wooo! Pig! Sooie!

Our first game is Sept. 2 (coming up soon) against the University of Southern Cal. They beat us 70-21 last season and that will not happen again!

Any other hard-core allegiances here?

Umm right here!
I'm a big fan of "The U", the University of Miami. Our first game is on Labor day against the hated Florida State Seminoles, and I'm going to the game!

Go Canes!

Gotta love the Razorbacks!!! I'm interested to see what Mustang has to offer this year. I'm still following Matt Jones at Jacksonville. He did great last year, what little time he got to play, so I'm hoping to see more of him this year!

WOOO! PIG! SOOIE!!!

Nuh uh...might give me away!
Purdue University Football season ticket holder right here.
We've had a rough couple of years since Brees left. Orton was OK, but he didn't have the team support needed....and it took him too long to figure out how to TUCK the ball.

I'm curious to see how things go this year.

Btw, I'm such a hardcore fan, I planned my wedding on a weekend that ISN'T a football weekend.

I figured you'd be an ASU fan!
I can't wait for this season. Now that 4 of the Springdale 5 are on board I think we'll be great in a few seasons. I just hope we're better than last year..that was a tough season!

I'm not too into pro football, but I watched virtually every Jax game last season to see if MJ would do something amazing. A lot of people around here turned from Cowboys fans to Jags after MJ was drafted!

That's what I heard! Many people here were very happy when he was drafted. Having been born here in Jacksonville and practically living here my entire life, I am a Jags fan
Training camp starts Saturday, you can come hang out with us and watch him practice if you want to

We don't have a great rivalry anymore, because we don't play TX much since we left the SWC (and it was disbanded). Last year's Auburn game here in Arkansas, some idiot set the "tiger van's" tail on fire and destroyed it.
Luckily, some good Arkansas fans raised the money to have it fixed.

Yeah but Auburn has their fair share of acting like that....they are very bad winners/losers......

I've heard bad things about Auburn, but it is still inexcusable to destroy a person's private property over a football game. Its OK to be a fan, tailgate, enjoy the game, say some harsh words about your own or the opposing team after a loss, but crime crosses the line. When one of "your own" does something like that, it makes you feel pretty ashamed.

Yeah, I understand what your saying. Just some people take football too seriously. It's all suppose to be fun

I'm partial between Michigan State and U of M.

To me the whole point of the game is watching young men bend over in tights...
