What's everyone having or had? I'm thinking some Healthy Choice frozen dinners or I have some tuna I can mix up a salad with...........

What I'd really like to do is go to a steak house and get a big old peice of beef!!!

Hi all!! I've been gone for a while (since I had the baby in Oct!) Thought I'd check in a little more often now that I've finally got her on a good schedule!

We're having meatloaf, potato salad, peas, mac & cheese and green salad.
I've been on a diet so I'll only be eating a small portion of meatloaf and salad.

Not too sure - I had chicken & rice last night and it was SO yummy... I might
reheat some of that

Otherwise, we're going to WalMart tonight, so I'll probly stop by the grocery section to pick something up

She's all mine!! I actually ended up cooking the dinner last night
I think my dad has been doing most of the cooking actually, my mom is not what you'd call a gourmet

Going out for Ethiopian with some friends we haven't seen for a while. Definitely looking forward to this -- we've been trying to organize this outing for about three months!

I am doing a first trial run of a recipe I am working on for submission in a chicken theme cooking contest
So I can't tell you the ingredients
(besides...chicken!)

plus salad, broccoli and for dessert, I plan on a couple of dark chocolate macadamia nuts.
