Your best bet, when you download a program is to make a folder for it, before you download it. I have a folder on my computer that I named, Programs Downloaded, and then I download program or EXE files to that folder. I do the same thing for Fonts, I download those to a folder called "Fonts Downloaded", and then I unzip them to the proper folder.

Often times, when you download a program, it will automatcially want to put the download file on your Desktop, if you don't specify a folder. Try looking on your desktop. If you've already unzipped the program, and didn't specify where you wanted the unzipped files to go, try looking under "Files Unzipped". By default Winzip create a Unzipped folder, and unless you specifiy where you want the files to go, it will put them there. What you want to do, is unzip your Photoshop program to the C drive/Programs. It will usually create a little Photoshop Icon on your desktop, then when you click on the icon, you will open up Photoshop.

Did you check under Unzipped filres? Usually on the C drive. If you can't find it, just download it again. First make a folder for Programs downloaded, and when the window comes up showing where it's going to be downloaded to, you can choose where you want to download it to, and that would be to your new folder. Another idea, in helping you find the one your already downloaded is to start the download again, and see where it wants to download it. Chances are, the one you downloaded yesterday, will be in that folder.

I'm not quite sure I understand your question. Are you wanting to know what are the size requirements of making a signature?

Is so, I think to be safe, you should make a signaure at 134 in heigth by 550 in length and keep the file size at 30 bytes or less.

Do you have them both open at the same time? That can slow your computer down. Usually when programs are running slow, it means you are getting to a high level of ram usage
