Daily Thread: Wed, 19th July!

Morning all!

Another scorcher here today - hottest day this year apparently!

I'm off to Asda in a little while to pick up my granite chopping boards for my hot little kitties!

What's the bet they don't like them?!

Not too sure what else I'll be getting up to today, but I know it'll be fun as it's a lovely summer's day!

Good morning!
It's not so great here today, it's HOT but muggy and gray. I think it's going to rain.
I'm off work next week so I hope the weather is like it has been as my parents and Marks parents are on holiday (not together) so both our houses are free so we are going to go back to his, or mine and have some bbq's with our friends, and sit out in the sunshine, since we don't have a garden at our place.
Plus the kitties love going to both their Grandma's houses

aaaah so can't wait to just chill.

Reasonably busy day for me at work. I'm not enjoying getting up at 5 am.

They had better like their chopping boards after the catastrophe I had in the supermarket!

The till lady and I managed to puncture a can of Guinness and it sprayed literally everywhere!

I now smell like a brewery!

My neighbours already think I'm mad, but I think seeing my cats on the chopping boards would cause a bit of a scene!

I'll try to get some pictures today, all being well that they actually decide to use them!

Good Monring! Well I went to be really early last night. But I feel really well rested this morning. Well until I got into the office! :rolleye: Shouldn't be super busy today. And My mom brought my lunch for me today so I am going to have a good lunch of Meatloaf, Cauliflower and cheese, and mashed potatoes and gravy!

Just found out I was volunteered to do some typing for my Uncle Bob. He's wanting to publish some poems. But he has offered to replace my headlight in exchange. (Did I mention I was stopped by the local town police on Monday night? Got a warning because the headlight was out. Must've been a slow night in that small town. Well, it's always a slow night in that town!

)

And it will be hot here as well, though tomorrow is supposed to be hotter. I plan to be in the cool house allllllll day!

Good Morning all!

Just another day here - had my 1st interview yesterday, which was nerve wracking - so its nice to be able to relax today - although I have another one tomorrow, but I'm not even nervous for that one

Only a high of 88* here today - thank goodness! I'm enjoying the cooler weather - no more of the 100* stuff - thats TOO hot! Unless I'm out on the water

Congratulations Dan, on Jasmine's 1st steps!

How exciting!!

Can you PLEASE send some of your winter weather my way? I'm missing winter already - counting down the days til fall already! People think I'm crazy..... maybe I am!
