So Isis was sleeping next to my SO yesterday as I was leaving for work. He called me on my first break to inform me that Isis lifted her right leg straight up in the air "pooted" a very loud and unladylike "poot" and aimed it right at Daddy,
I laughed till I cried. He said you could hear the poot and everything. Anyone elses cat ever done ANYTHING like this before? (Maybe this is why Isis is so stinky sometimes lol!)

Ivory seems to enjoy a visit to the litter box for her stinkiest business, but she immediately wants to cuddle afterward, and her stink sticks to her for about five minutes.

It's like she's really proud of herself.

"Meowmy! I just made a stinky! Love me!"

Once in a while when I lift Loki up on the couch - there is this stench and it just clings to everything. And of course he gives me this look like where is this smell coming from Mom????

When Jazz first came to live with me I was sitting on the couch she jumped up on my lap meowed then pooted silently but very stinky
. I guess it was her way of telling me she was feeling secure in her new home

Nedicks used to have a habit of sitting down comfortably on my lap and then letting one rip. I could feel the vibration in my leg.
Luckily, the didn't usually stink.

Recently, I was sitting watching T.V. and Nathan was laying next to me. I had my hand resting on his side and we were all comfy cozy when all of a sudden I actually FELT the gurgle in his tummy with my hand and a few seconds later...pfew, what a smell!

I've never been around a cat who audibly pooted, but this showed intent! The image made me laugh so hard! It must have been a big'un if she had to actually lift her leg to release it!

The only cat I ever had that did this was cookie and it was right around the time he was treated for worms as a kitten. Maybe kitty's food isn't agreeing with him.

Once I was sleeping, my cat Crystal jumped on my bed and pooted in my face so I turned over. So then Crystal stepped over me and pooted in my face again. I had to run out of my bedroom, it smelled so bad!

Oh god, when we got Sushi, because we changed her food. She had gas like never before. She wanted attention from my bf, so she walked on the keyboard, aimed her butt at him, and let one go. My bf swears you could hear it, but lets just say my bf wasn't at the computer too long, and she didn't get the lovings she was looking for.

Thank god her tummy has settled.

Ever since I was a child we have called pet poots "salties." (I personally think they do smell a bit saltier that human poots.) A few days before Ruby has the babies, she let out a very stinky salty. Must have been all that pressure from the babies.
