How do you make picture signatures?

How do you design your signatures. I like the ones with the picture of the cats and so forth. But how do you make them. Where do you go to make them? I couldn't find any directions on the FAQ link.

Most of the signature designers use Photoshop or PaintShop Pro.

Have you checked out our signature forum? There is currently a siggy shower going on where you can request a signature in one thread, and the signature designers post sigs for you in another thread.
