Our cat Rory will be expecting her second litter in the next couple of weeks I expect. We'll be leaving town next week for a trip we've been planning since last year, and our neighbor will be dropping by daily to replenish her food and water, and cleaning her litterbox. There's very good chance she'll deliver while we're away. Normally when we're at home we have the thermostat set at 77 F during the summer. How high do you think I could set it while were gone, and still keep the cat and newborns comfortable? I was thinking around 85. That may sound high to you and me, but it might be good for the delicate little newborns. Do you think that's to high? Daytime temps will be over a 100 every day we're gone.
