Ok, I admit it, the heat is getting to me!
I realize do deserve a slap in the head because it is much warmer where some of our others members live, but I am a huge wuss when it comes to heat and humidity!

I propose a Christmas in July party where we can all gather around the fire and enjoy the eggnog and snow.

Whew, I feel cooler already.

We put the Christmas tree up

The gnome is on its way to Australia,

So what are you all going to bring for our virtual TCS Christmas dinner?

I can bring lots of desserts! Chocolate cream cheese brownies, cheesecake, and carrot cake.

What did you ask Santa for this year?

I would like an MP3 player.

I'll make some green bean casserole, and some mashed potatoes with gravy.

Now from Santa:
I would like a Nintendo Wii please!

I've always loved Christmas in July!

Great idea, Karen, 'cause right now I'd like to throw myself into a pile of snow to cool off!

I'll bring the sausage con queso and tortilla chips that I always have to make for Xmas Eve at my folks' house.

And, just because there's still several months of grass cutting season left, I'd like to ask Santa for a new lawn mower. Mine is on its last legs!

firstly - I want no cold weather here thankyou very much. Its already winter and cold enough as it is... send that heat my way everyone!!

and as a matter of fact this gnome was spared the annual gnome burning ritual. Him & I have become friends and he is protecting the house from any further gnome attacks. He was infact quite a well known gnome back in the US and has lots of contacts

Merry Christmas!

I'm bringing my favorite holiday dish: Broccoli Puff! And I made mine extra cheesey!

For Christmas this year I'd like a house! And I'm not talking a doll house or a dog house or a house of cards either!

Karen said the "g" word!

Since the blizzards of the late 1970s (I did all the snow shoveling)
I have never once wished for snow in summer. But - since this is virtual - and there is a gnome involved - I'll bring my mom's cranberry nut relish (and regular jellied cranberry sauce for me). And minty hot chocolate to sip by the fire.

And I would like my own TV and DVD/VCR so I won't bother mom when I want to watch the same movie over and over and over...
