I have just addopted a 11 week old kitten. She is very scared and lays in her new home we bought for her. It is normal that she does this? She does not go to the bathroom, or eat or drink. I have showed her where everything is, but she just sits in her house.

Was she with her siblings?? Could she be missing them?? Remember that everything in your place is NEW to her. I would try to set her up in one room with her food, litter and her bed...give her a chance to adjust to that room and then slowly open up the rest of your home to her. You may want to go in and read softly to her so she gets familiar with your voice...but don't force the relationship. Let her have time.
If she seems lathargic...you may want to take her to your vet for an exam.
