Help introducing Sugar

I got the adoption contract today (I decided on Sugar.. Spice's littermate) and we decided that I'm going to take it back up there and bring her home today. People have suggested the "introduction" thread in the behavior forum for introducing a new kitty to the ones at home, and I haven't seen it. Could someone link to that thread, or just give some advice, because she'll be here soon, and I want to have a good idea of how to introduce her to the kitties.. espacially Lu, since she's around me the most.. help!
