Lip Absess?

I'm new here and was wondering if anyone has ever had a cat with an absess on the lip? My cat is 8 and we just noticed a pus filled blister that is about 1/8of an inch round. Any advice would be so appreciated! Thanks, Jen

it could be something as simple as feline acne, but take her to a vet to make sure. because it could be something much more serious. that's what vets are for.

Yes, definitely take him/her to the vet asap. Your kitty may need antibiotics and it must be uncomfortable for him/her to eat. AND, if they stop eating and drinking they can go into liver failure. Early diagnosis and treatment are essential to save possible larger vet bills later.
