I didn't get any help on the other thread so I will try again, Ziggy vomited 1 time this morning, but when I called the cats to eat she came down stairs but didn't want to eat, then I started thinking how sour the vomit was, it wasn't runny at all, just like a little log of dry food, but it smelled real sour, I'm wondering if there's anything I can give her to settle her tummy, first time I have ever seen one of the girlies throw up. I had some stuff the vet gave me for Dunkin but it expired 3/06..

Don't give her anything prescribed for someone else. How is Ziggy acting? Is she active & playful? Is she acting like herself? If at any point tonight she doesn't seem herself, is lethargic, or any other symptoms, I would take her in to the vet immediately. If she's active and playing with the others, but still isn't eating tomorrow, I would take her to her regular vet tomorrow. If she seems okay, develops no other symptoms, and starts eating normally without another episode of vomiting, I would just keep an eye on her.

Keep us updated.

Now she seems fine she ate a little, I'm a worrier big time.. She would have been at the vet in a hurry if there seemed to be other things not looking right, I think she had a sour stomach, but she seems ok now ...Thanks Kelly

Well, I've read that cats "go into reverse" quite easily. But I wouldn't let her go more than 24 hours without food. Is she peeing and pooping? My cats often throw up after eating too quickly. Hmmm. Let us know if she's ok.
