That's pretty much it.When we feel there is a need to add to the site team, we choose people who are active members in good standing. Mods are invited to join the team, it isn't really something you can volunteer for.

But my BF was the site admin and founder. He made me mod when he found out I knew my way around forums. It was fun! I miss it. He ended up turning the site over to another member a few months ago as he just didn't have the time anymore to be the sole admin, and I was the only mod actually DOING any moderating! ANYWHO. I miss it, so if you need someone, please put me on your roster to look into.
