I live in an apartment and there are several stray cats that hang out at the dumpsters. One cat who looked pregnant has disappeared and another has appeared with 4 kitten that look to be about 3 months old. I am looking for a program that does TNR and that can find the kittens homes. I caught a pregnant one last year and found homes for the kittens and I caught another female earlier this year. There are to many for me to do by myself.

It's great that you want assistance for these cats..but do remember, there are lots of cats right now that need TNR and only a limited number of groups that assist with TNR efforts. So even if you contact some in PA, they may advise you to TNR yourself. It's still worth reaching out to them. Here is a list of groups in PA:

Also, here is a list of low cost clinics in PA;

Congratulations on your successes!! you are so right, you need help and i hope and pray that a rescue group is able to give you assistance soon. you could also call your local churches and see if they have any members who do cat rescue. please keep us updated on your search! Susan
