Where are you???!!!

I came home from work today to something very odd. No cats. Usually I have to do the dual cat wrangling of grabbing both so they don't run into the hallway. I walk into the apartment, no cats. I put my bag down; (they both usually rummage thru anything I bring home) no cats. I open the door where their food is, NO CATS. Now this is freaking me out. I start calling for both, nothing. I hear very quietly, 8-Bit sigh (as cat people we all know the sigh of a cat who just got up from a nap and is slightly annoyed). I walk into the bathroom to find both of my boys curled up in the tub, on top of each other, sleeping.

That made my day.

I spent all night long yesterday looking for one of my cats. I was afraid someone had come into the apartment and took her (paranoid, I know).

Hubby found her this morning sleeping behind a storage container.

That is so cute

This happens with Lucy all the time.. I'll check literally everywhere.. under the beds, under the chairs/couch, in the opened closets, in the cabinets, on the kitchen chairs.. everywhere.. and I won't find her. Then later when I'm off doing something else, she'll appear out of nowhere and start meowing at me. I still haven't managed to find this new place she's been hiding..
