With the discussion about unsolicited siggies & practice siggies, I thought that a siggy shower would be a cool idea.

If anyone is interested in being showered with siggies post your photos & info here. Anyone who wants to have a crack at designing a sig is free to do so... just post the finished product here!

I'm game, so if anyone want to play with my crew, you can get photos here...

OOOH I want to play, but choosing one of your cats is hard!

Perhaps (as big photos are always best) people should post links to the pics so it saves bandwidth and doesn't stretch the page?

okay here are some photos from me

I love making signatures but I just dont have the time... I have included some photos of Tipsy, Cedar and Jasmine. I dont care if Jasmine isnt in the signature, although it would be nice but I would prefer signatures with both boys in it rather than individual ones

I was wondering if someone could help me make a signature out of the following picture. I have tried but I am not happy with any that I have come up with as its an odd shaped photo/subject to work with.

I just LOVE this thread!! There are so many great designers to draw inspiration from!! I love looking at all the siggies that people have created!

I hate to ask because I have so many wonderful siggys that I still need to use (and will), but if there is anyone interested in making me one with Milo in it too, that would be great! All of these wonderful kitty vacation siggies gave me an idea that I was hoping someone might be able to carry out for me. I was thinking about a Wizard of Oz themed siggy... like "Over the Rainbow" (in the happy way not the rainbow bridge way...) or the Yellow Brick road, or the emerald city...

I'm a Wizard of Oz geek, and think that would be a great siggy if anyone has the time and the creative impluses!

Edited to add: Since Buddy has that shoe fetish, maybe the Ruby slippers could be used as well! lol

In my pictures of Dori and Brody that I posted previously... were there any that could be used to make a Jacksonville Jaguars themed signature? It could include either Dori or Brody, or both of course.

These sigs are all so beautiful!! I really enjoyed looking at this thread. I've been playing around with Photofiltre for a while now but I get so frustrated trying to cut around the pictures that I just give up, so my sigs are pretty basic. I would love some nice new sigs of Sash, so if anyone here would like to give it a try I would really appreciate it. Sash does have pretty bad "flash" eyes in most of his pics though, so hopefully someone can fix them. Here's some pics to work with, thanks in advance!

Proudkittiemom- I have to say I just absolutely love the siggies your making, they are so beautiful! I love the bright colors your using. Everyone's work here is just wonderful. My babies told me they want a siggy that will bring out their sweetness. They like soft, pastel colors. My black and white kitty is April Joy or AJ for short. My gray and white kitty is Christopher Cody or CC for short.

JUST A REMINDER

To those of you requesting sigs - If you need a smaller-sized signature due to extra text, please ask! Many of you are putting up full-sized sigs with extra text. This is not allowed and you will hear from the siggy police

When requesting a sig, please state if you want all of your cats in the same signature, or if individual sigs are fine. If you have color or theme preference, please post that also.

If you do not have a sig made for you right away, relax. There is no need to post a reminder that you haven't received one yet. I am sure someone will get to you eventually. There are many sig designers making sigs, but they also have lives too

The higher the quality of the photo, the better your signature will be and you will be more likely to receive multiple sigs. Most designers do not want to work with poor quality photos.

I second everything Karen has said! It's very helpful if you state color/text preferences, whether you want to include a line (site link) above or below your siggy banner, and, above all, if you provide links to large and clear photos. If there's a certain "theme" you prefer, please let everybody know. If you have (a ) favorite color(s) or script(s), make life a little bit easier for the designers by stating your preferences.

I just make my siggys 134 x 550, which is the proper size if you have a small line of text above or below the signature. If you don't want a line of text the signature can be 150 x 600, but I don't mess around changing sizes. I just make all of my signatures 134x550, so there shouldn't be a problem.

One thing, I just cannot work with the small pictures. For one thing they are too difficult to see, and when you enlarge them enough to try to see what you're doing, they pixelate so badly. Once in a while I can work with a small picture if there is good contrast between the cat and the background, and if the picture is in good focus There haave actually been people I've wanted to make sigs for, but when I saw how small the pix where, even straight on Photobucket, I have bypassed them. So I would suggest if you have good quality, larger pix of your cat, please put them on Photobucket and link to those pix and not the tiny thumbnail or even wallet sized pix.

I usually like to know the colours you like, but I kind of like to be free to create the theme or style of the siggy on my own. I guess it's just the artist in me.

I thought that's what I was doing. I went to the attachments icon and then put the url in the "upload url" box and clicked upload, but it said it was too big.
