I watched it! I love that show too. I was bummed out though, because all the commercials they were showing leading up to last night's episode showed Tim Gunn asking someone to leave, and then last night, it didn't happen. I guess it's a clip from sometime later in the season, but that's false advertising don't you think?

Last season I really liked Diana, the girl who made all the wacky hi-tech clothes. Her execution was usually pretty terrible, but her ideas were so cute and different, and she was so sweet, I just really wanted her to do better. And she did help Chloe win at the end. I read in the newspaper recently that Emmett actually has a store here in NY where he sells his own line as well as some stuff by other Project Runway people, including jewelry by Diana. I liked Chloe's stuff in the regular season, but actually I didn't love her final collection. Same for Daniel (although he had a coat in his final collection that I absolutely adored). And I liked Santino's final collection WAY better than I liked anything he did during the regular season. But he was such a jerk that nothing he did could make up for it.
The one thing I really wanted them to do last season was, because Heidi Klum was so gigantically pregnant, give them a challenge to make maternity evening wear or something like that. That would have been cool I think. Turns out Kara Saun from Season 1 designed a lot of Heidi's preggo wear for last season (I actually thought a lot of it was quite ugly, but there you go...)
I noticed the internship they win at the end is with I.N.C. now and not with Banana Republic. Interesting change.
As a side note, my husband occasionally sees Austin Scarlett walking around downtown. DH says whenever he sees him there is always somebody around screaming out his name and giggling crazily.

Yep me too...sometimes I fall asleep during the show...so I have to catch the last half when they reshow it...there is a new show called Workout I think...that is coming on after project runway...well that is going to be pretty late so I will not be able to watch it...I might have to catch a reshow and see if I like the show....I love workout/exercising shows so this might be a good oneOriginally Posted by mamacat
