My cat is between 61 and 66 days pregnant. Today she has had brownish-red mucousy discharge on her hoo-ha. She's eating, sleeing, snooping, and following me around a lot.....none of which is really unusual lately. Does anyone know how much longer it might be before she has her babies?

Thanks!
Stacy

well, usually its between 65-70 days. MY Icis is is on day 71,,,so ya never know. the bloody show is a good sign! Its time now to confine her to the room you want her to give birth in, with water, food and a litter box, keep us updated!!!
Good Luck!!!

Stacy...has she shown any milk production?? Usually milk shows up between 1-3 days prior to delivery. It may be a good idea to start confining your girl into a room with her nesting box, food and litter. Better she be in the room where you want her to deliver her kittens, then for her to choose a location that is unsafe.

Additionally, you will need to keep her indoors only and away from intact males until she can be safely spayed as cats can become pregnant again as early as a week after giving birth.

Keep us posted.
