My manx has decided to start moving her kittens. She is dead set on keeping them under my bed wich is just not a safe place. The dogs and other cats can get under there and do.I moved them to the spare room and she had a big fit about it.So I took my crate, wich i'd been using for a pup that chews up things when I leave, and put it in my room and so far she's ok with it.There is no litter box or food and water in it so how often should I let her out of it?If I leave it open right now she'll put them back under the bed. With your experience is it likely that after a few days in the crate she might be willing to keep them in it even when the door is open? She and I have gone around and around over this and now i've got a clawed up hand out of the deal. Please help!!Thanks!Moniece

Moniece...If there is space inside the crate...I would put the litterbox and the food/water in the crate if you are concerned about her moving her kittens.
