I am an afternoon person.
GRUMPY!!!! I am awful in the morning
, lately I've been having to get up at 5 for work and I do shower in the morning and I drink probably 2-3 cups of coffee when I get to work, but no one seriously better say boo to me until at least 9:30
and the worst for me is if a person wakes me up, luckily I live by myself and kitties don't count
, but I have been known to bite people's heads off for waking me up... ok, not literally!

since I wake up at 4:30am...I am not really grumpy...but I am really sleepy until I get in the shower...once I get out I am pretty perky
I used t obe the one knocking on friend's door at 8 am on a saturday to go shopping and get all the good sales early! Not anymore. My mom wakes up to early for me to wake her!!

This thread should have a poll. I tend to be grumpy in the morning.
I am perky in the morning, and grumpy in the evening when I am most tired.

Definitely grumpy. It takes me a while to wake up.
A bit of both, depends on the morning, never perky.....so not perky, but not always grumpy.
Maybe sometimes grumpy sometimes groggy.

Never been a morning person-can be semi-perky if I have to be somewhere early in the day-

I think it depends how I wake up in the morning.
but I am NOT a morning person, that's for sure.
I like to get my sleep.
I was never a morning person either.
I used to harass my mother for being retired and going to bed at 10pm and being up by 5am.
Now that they are living in an RV, they stay up late and sleep in.
I'm the one in bed by 11pm, and up by 4:30-5am, and I have no job to go to.
This is terribly unfair

I am exteremly UN-perky. I hate mornings. But at night that's another story!
