Introducing new kittens

Other than introducing them slowly what can I do to help both the new kittens and my exisitng cats have as easy a time as possible adjusting?

In particular, I want to make sure the existing boys don't get too put out by the new arrivals. If anyone has any ideas I'd greatly appreciate it.

if you have a big dog crate ( with a door on it), try puttin the kittens in there and letting the other cats smell them, that way there still safe.
