What website is there that sells the cheapest climbing tree? Because mine just broke down.
And my cats are crying.

You could search google for them.

It might be cheaper buying them from a local store, if you consider shipping?

That depends on how cheap you are looking at. I just got my cat a $35 climbing tree from Wal-mart and he LOVES it. Though I don't recommend it if your cats are overweight. Mine is 9.5 lbs and is quite rough with the tree, but it seems very stable with him.

at only 10 lbs, I'm sure she would be fine with the wal-mart tree if you're wanting something that cheap.

You say your present ones just broke down - and now you want to replace the broken ones with the cheapest on the market. Well how long do you think it will be before the new ones break down? I realize everyone's on a budget, but you not only have to consider quality to at least a basic extent, but also safety. Maybe reconsider what you're planning if you can.

Ebay.
Bigfoot.
With shipping was something like $260.

I don't know if cheap is the way to go if you have to keep replacing them.
I mean I understand the need, but I would save up for a long lasting one rather than get something I know I am going to have to replace.

We also have a couple like this one way over on the right of the photo (the uppermost platform is not visible)- they were maybe $99 or so.

They came from Pet Supermarket and are extremely solid and well made.

I had the walmart one for 35 bucks for like two years. It got trashed and fell a couple times. Since we now have four kitties and the wally world one was dying.. I got a tree from one of our sponsors.. ace cat furniture which I don't see the link to right now, but spoilmykitty has the same structure. Model B7301 under large cat trees. They don't use the hammock, but cookie loves perching at the top and greets me every morrning. I think he likes being over my head! So far we are pleased with it and it didn't take that long to put together.

this is the one i got on eBay for $71, including shipping.
I'm glad I found this site. I think Stoli should really have a nice tall cat tree for when I go back to work in the fall. Are those ebay ones that you assemble yourself worth it?

I know exactly where you're coming from and I feel for you. You might want to try the Petco website. They have a few scratching posts and climbing trees for reasonable prices. You might also want to try the Dr.Foster and Smith website. They are having a red tag sale with up to 50% off. Don't forget to check the clearance section on both sites. Good luck! I hope everthing works out well.
