I'm beginning to understand (aside from the asthetic reason) why people might choose colors for their Soft Claws/Paws. The longer mine have had them, the more I've realized how difficult being able to tell if they've dropped a claw is, when you use the clear, non-colored variety.

Anyone else have this problem?

I have to check my kitties' claws DAILY to be sure they haven't lost any (I mean from regular claw shedding, not from them ripping them off, or anything). Whereas I could see that if they had, say, black claws (which would look decently natural, as opposed to purple or some such), I would be able to spot it easier.

What do you guys think? I want them to look as natural as possible, but I would also like to alleviate having to pick them up on a nightly basis to check their nails.

Another thing...how often do you guys that use this product have to replace nails. Seems like my kitties drop about one every other day. How about yours?

They seem to last about 2 weeks on Nadra.

And I do use the colored ones, both so I can find the lost ones easy and because I think she looks cute with them on.
