confused

my cat is abt 7.5 wks pregnant. shes ready to have her kittens and abt 4 days ago she started having a yellow discharge. i know that they are supposed to have a bloody discharge when theyre in labor but what does the yellow mean??

most the time its the mucus plug. good luck and keep us posted

If it is pussy, smells bad, or if she has a fever I'd get her to the vet immediately in case of infection. It may just be the mucous plug, but it doesn't *usually* show this early... sometimes, but it's usually closer to within a couple of days before delivery.
