So my boyfriend and I's lease is almost up on our apartment, thank god, we dont like this place the landlord is uper mean!!!!! Anyway, my bf's friend told him about this apartment for cheap with everything included but phone, we thought wow what a great way to save money. At the apartment that we are in now its 650 a month and our electic every 3 months is like 590$ for a ONE BEDROOM!!!!!!! we think we are paying for everyones electric (on the bill says apt3-7 we arent 3-7 we are 3, lol) anyway. We saw the apartment the other night and I fell in love, alothough it needs very lil work I loved it windows everywhere for Princess and a screen door for her to sit infront of, she's never had that
We talked to my bfs friend and he said that we are most likely to get the apt but the guy promised to show it to someone today but the guy he is showing it to seems weird so he wont give it to him!!! I am so excited everyone please send good vibes that we get this apart!!! It would help us save money so we can get a house!!!!!!

yeah, sweetie, I think you are paying for everyone's electric. I have a 2 bedroom duplex in the city of Philadelphia w/my air conditioner running and my electric is about $90p mos. It is only $40-$50 when we don't run the air. I'd definately look into that...

we asked central hudson(the electric company) and she told my bf to talk to the landlord, so my bf asked the landlord and he was like no no your not payin for everyones electricity..... so now what do we do???

Show your landlord a copy of your electric bill!
