I just saw it !!! I loved the movie and its better than the first (if that is possible!!)

Thats what happened to me.. we went to the theatre, and they were sold out for the 7 and 10:30pm showings.. so I bought tickets in advance for today.Originally Posted by Godiva

Yeah i bought my tickets for the midnight show a week in advance. LOL i was excited.. LOL

I didn't like this one as much as I liked the first. Then again, I was super antsy & my leg ached. I was standing all morning & half the afternoon & then to sit for 2 1/2 hours...
The movie was well worth it. Let me say this, Orlando Bloom takes his shirt off....

We went tonight... it was wonderful! Lots of subtle humor in there... I was laughing a lot when most people weren't. Maybe I'm just a giggle box, but I loved it. And I can't decide between Keira, Orlando, or Johnny!

Good visual effects, IMO, and a couple twists in the plot. And the Octopus Captain was nifty-looking.

My friend and I went to see it this afternoon. It was awesome!! I can't wait for the third one!
Went today, but I didn't get to see it. We had our tickets and we were in line when lighting hit. The power went out, and the generator started 5 seconds later. After waiting for 10 minutes they told everyone to go home. It took me 40 minutes just to get out of parking lot. I do plan on going later on this week.

I LOVED the first one (we saw it 3 or 4 times in the theater), last night we saw Pirates 2 - my husband thought it was "ok", but thought it would be much better, although he is really looking forward to #3.

Yea! Toledo is only 45 minutes from where i live!
I use to go see movies by myself all the time in College (had a huge gap between classes and I commuted). I just haven't been to one in a while.
Ooo...I want to go to one. They're these really neat smoking things, usually at Lebanese restaurants (at least the one by me is).

We went today to the 1st showing of the day (good move on our part). The movie did keep you watching it but towards the end I was getting a bit antsy as we watch so many movies at home you can stop and take a bathroom break!!
